Apartment Maintenance Tech Needed -

Some experience in all areas of housing maintenance a preferred. Including maintaining electrical, plumbing, interior/exterior painting, appliance repair, apartment turns/make ready work, service requests, troubleshooting repair issues, mechanical, and other building maintenance related systems. Experienced in Plumbing a major plus. Willing to train the right person.

Looking for a local, long term, stable, team player. Our small crew of four, have all been part of the team for 2 or more years. This is a stable, year-round position for the right person.

• 124 units.

• Full Time. Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
  • Will have on-call phone every other week.

• $15 per hour. Depending on Experience. Insurance & Paid Time Off & Discounted Rent

• Must pass background and drug test. Must Provide previous employment references.

• Must have own Tools and Vehicle

• Must have a GREAT work ethic!
